Traditional marketing funnels are no longer fit for purpose in an increasingly automated and fragmented digital landscape. In this episode, we explore why human insight is the key to navigating the ‘messy middle’ of customer journeys.

Using adult vaccination as a case study, we discuss moving from linear metrics to a complete systems approach. We highlight an innovative AI-driven method that combines qualitative exploration with the rigour of quantitative coding and multivariate analysis. This approach allows us to see the full system rather than just snapshots, identifying exactly where patients drop off and how behavioural science can turn awareness into action.
