A global pharma company was moving through the annual brand planning process and asked us how we could ‘super-charge’ thinking through the application of behavioural science

 

We developed a multi-day training program built around their planning process. Two of our senior directors delivered the training over 2 days. This was further supported with follow-up sessions at 3, 6 and 12-month intervals to challenge the team on how key learning has been implemented in the business.
