Neil Doyle, PhD – Principal

Neil is the principal of DeltaMV Knowledge Solutions. He has a wide range of experience using and innovating research methods from roles within research agencies as well as client side over the last 20 years.
Neil has extensive experience of health and social research. He has worked as a research and communication consultant on projects with World Health Organization, United Nations Population Fund and CARE Australia. Neil’s Doctoral thesis examines the role of communication in public health in Vietnam. Healthcare clients include Janssen Cilag, Pfizer, Palliative Care Australia, Cochlear, CooperVision, MLA and Hammond Care.
Neil has worked with many of the world's largest brands across Asia Pacific as well as in the UK. Client-side with Coca-Cola Far East, he was responsible for providing fact-based strategic marketing direction across much of South East Asia. Agency side he has held senior positions with ACNielsen (Director), InsightAsia (Managing Director) and Millward Brown (Regional Director).
Neil is very much an international researcher. Aside from Vietnam, he has run healthcare projects in Thailand, China, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia and Japan. He speaks good Vietnamese and is currently studying Mandarin. He is a regular speaker at National and International conferences. He is involved in teaching Masters of Marketing at both Sydney University and University of New South Wales.

Sonia Friedrich

Sonia has twenty years experience in healthcare marketing and advertising. She was the General Manager of GREY Healthcare Advertising. Sonia has worked with blue chip multinationals and others including Eli Lilly, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Allergan, AMGEN, HCN Research Division, ROCHE Diagnostics, Schering Plough, Ogilvy PR Health, Sudler& Hennessey and IntraMed, among others.

She worked on brands from $1 million to $100 million and managed brands for FHFaulding and Merck Sharp & Dohme including Neutrogena, Proscar, Timoptol and Pepcidine. In advertising her clients ranged from AstraZeneca, Allergan, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Schering-Plough and AMGEN on brands including Viagra, Norvasc, Oxis, Pulmicort, Seroquel, Botox, and Effient.

Sonia has written for various magazines on soul, spirit and business. She is a regular blogger on fasthinking.com.au, Australia’s Innovation magazine and has two non-fiction books in development ‘Trust, I dare you’ and an international anthology, ‘Forever Out’. She holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing followed by a one year internship through Stanford University with biotechnology firm alza Corporation, California, USA.

Josh Robertsen

In his role as a Creative Director, Josh developed radio advertising campaigns for over 20 of the world’s top 100 brands including Visa, McDonald’s, Coca Cola, Microsoft and Nike.

Josh has a keen interest in radio, having held a number of senior creative roles here and overseas, as well as being an on-air host and voicing commercials for radio and television.

In addition to having lived and worked in the United States, Josh has consulted for a number of clients in the Asian region. Josh has recently completed a 7-month team member engagement study for one of Australia’s largest food retailers. He follows servicescape design developments and the employee-customer value exchange with interest.  Josh holds a Masters of Marketing from the University of Sydney.

Trang Tran

Winning a maths competition in her native Vietnam won Trang a scholarship to study in Singapore, which marked the beginning of a management consultancy career that now spans 3 continents.

She has worked in a wide range of business sectors including financial services, quick service restaurants and electronics retailing.

Trang’s passion for all things edible extends beyond recent consultancy work on organic food certification into the kitchen where she is a fantastic cook!

Trang holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Calgary, Canada and a Master of Marketing from The University of Sydney.
